Assistant to Production Manager (2IC)
About the Role:

Dive into the heart of turf production as the right-hand person to our Production Manager. This role is your field of dreams if you thrive in a dynamic environment, love the great outdoors, and have a knack for leading teams to achieve the lush, green excellence our clients love.

What You’ll Do:

Be the backbone of both pre and post-harvest operations, from soil prep to sowing seeds of success with our turf.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is adept at working in a family-run business environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of and current knowledge in digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction to our external digital marketing agency and offer guidance and mentorship to our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our external digital marketing agency to provide strategic direction, particularly in Google AdWords and other paid advertising efforts.
- Oversee and align our digital marketing strategies with agency initiatives to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized performance.
- Utilize an outsourced graphic designer and work closely with an in-house team member for the creation and distribution of unpaid social media content.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to the in-house team member, fostering skill development and enhanced content creation.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing to inform strategy and tactics.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans.

Delivery Driver
We are seeking a full time delivery driver.

If you are passionate about looking after your equipment and want to drive a brand new truck, look no further. We are about to take delivery of a new UD Twin Steer body truck with rollup curtains and need an experienced driver to operate it.

Our passion is growing and supplying premium quality turf grass and retain our own trucks because we want to maintain that contact with our customers right up until the day they get their new lawn for life and beyond. Your role is crucial to maintaining that level of high standard we are trusted for in the industry. Requirements of the role include:
- Reliable. We depend on you.
- Must be well presented and comfortable talking to our customers. You sometimes are the first person our customer has met face to face from our company.
- Must like early starts and overtime. We start on average around 5am.
- Must be willing to work every second Saturday. With penalty rates of course.
- Must hold at least a HR licence.
- Forklift licence and experience with truck mounted forklift highly desirable.
- Understand and can use electronic POD devices is helpful.
